“Trust your imagination. We live in a world in which the opportunity to express yourself and to build a career around this is ever more accessible. Be smart, be open-minded”, wished Andrea Vlatchkova from Class of 2009 to the graduates of the Class of 2017 of Zlatarski International School.
Andrea Vlatchkova is a film director, screenwriter, actor and camerawoman. After her successful graduation from Zlatarski International School in 2009, Andrea chose to continue her education with a degree in Media Arts at Royal Holloway, University of London. Following her graduation in London, she is an intern at a large film production company in the UK but receives a job offer from Bulgarian Nova TV and comes back to her home country. Apart from being an actress in the popular online series “Apartment 404”, Andrea is an author of the viral video channel “Draj mi pukankite” (“Hold my popcorn”) whose aim is to inform, educate and entertain those interested in cinematic culture.
