Gold Medal in Debate Tournament for Zlatarski Interantional School

Congratulations to the Zlatarski International School Debate Team who achieved an extraordinary milestone, as Victoria Ilieva, Ekaterina Ivanova, and Lyubov Angelova won first place in debate for all of Western Bulgaria, earning the gold medal in the Novice Debate Tournament for Best Foundation. Their achievement sets a new standard of excellence for our debate program.

Furthermore, our success extended beyond the gold medal. Our other two teams from Zlatarski International School also excelled, securing qualification for the National Debate Tournament of Bulgaria: Angelina Elenova, Elena Bliznakova, and Yoan Yonchev; Wilhelmina Schouten, Deyan Grigorov, and Mihaela Balabanova.

As a team, Zlatarski International School was also honored with the Best Small Team Award, recognizing the collective strength and exceptional performance of our debaters.

This remarkable success is a testament to the dedication, intellect, and hard work of our students. We are immensely proud of their achievements and look forward to seeing all three teams represent Zlatarski International School at the National Debate Tournament.
