State exams 2010 – school record
In May 2010 Zlatarski graduates achieved excellent results in the Bulgarian state exams, the highest achieved so far. 67% of the students achieved excellent grades above 5.50 in the English exam, and 59% – in the exam in Bulgarian language and literature. Three of the candidates for Bulgarian Diploma sat the exam in mathematics and their results are 5.95, 5.77 and 5.04. These results are higher than Zlatarski graduates’ results in 2009 and 2008. In 2010 94% of the students achieved a mark above “Very good” in the state exam in English, and 99% – above “Very good” in Bulgarian language and literature. The preparation for the state exams at Zlatarski school begins in the 11th grade and all full-time Zlatarski students attend specific classes for state exam preparation in grade 11 and 12.
