A Celebration of Creativity, Talent, and Giving at A Celebration of Creativity, Talent, and Giving at Zlatarski International School We hosted a truly special event that brought us together: a Charity Christmas Bazaar, a Book Fest, and the much-anticipated Zlatarski’s Got Talent. Students sold books, sweets, and handmade items, while the Art Club contributed beautifully crafted decorations, artworks, and paintings. Thanks to the enthusiasm and generosity of our school community, funds were raised for a charitable cause, reminding us all of the power of kindness. Zlatarski’s Got Talent, a vibrant showcase of creativity and confidence featuring participants from Grades 5 to 11. All participants were warmly appreciated for their bravery and dedication. The success of this event is based on the dedication and hard work of our teachers. ——————————————— Празник на креативността, талантите и благотворителността в Международно училище Златарски Едно наистина специално събитие ни събра заедно: Коледен благотворителен базар, фестивал на книгата и дългоочакваното Zlatarski’s Got Talent. 📖📚🎬Провокирани от изучаването на стиховете на Пейо 📖📚🎬Провокирани от изучаването на стиховете на Пейо Яворов и оригиналните индивидуални прочити на поезията му, учениците от 8-12 клас и учителите в Международна гимназия Златарски участваха в прожекция на новия филм на журналиста Георги Тошев „Подир сенките на думите“. Специални гости на събитието бяха известният журналист и съавтор на „Подир сенките на думите“ д-р Георги Тошев, както и професор Владимир Атанасов, чието участие във филма провокира интересни интерпретации на Яворовото слово. Писателят Георги Господинов, поетът Иван Ланджев, актрисата Теодора Духовникова споделиха в кадрите своето усещане за Яворов и шеметния му живот. Предадоха го и на нас и ние почувствахме магията на онази епоха и поезията, която е завладявала сърцата и умовете. Когато вдъхновението на ученици и преподаватели срещне литературата, когато миналото и съвремието се съединят в една кинолента, обикновено резултатът е вълнуващ и точно такова беше събитието в нашата гимназия – емоционално и неподправено. ————————————————— 📖📚🎬Inspired by the study of the poetry of Peyo Yavorov and by their individual interpretations of his work, students from Grades 8–12 and teachers at Zlatarski International School took part in a screening of the new film by journalist Georgi Toshev, In the Wake of the Shadows of Words. Special guests at the event were the renowned journalist and co-author of In the Wake of the Shadows of Words, Dr. Georgi Toshev, as well as Professor Vladimir Atanasov, whose participation in the film prompted thought-provoking interpretations of Yavorov’s words. In the film, writer Georgi Gospodinov, poet Ivan Landzhev, and actress Teodora Duhovnikova share their personal interpretations of Yavorov and his extraordinary life. They passed this feeling on to us as well, allowing us to experience the magic of that era and the poetry that once captivated hearts and minds. SPORTS ACHIEVEMENT 🥇🏊‍♂️🇧🇬🌏Our school has a Nation SPORTS ACHIEVEMENT 🥇🏊‍♂️🇧🇬🌏Our school has a National Champion! Our student Filip M. became the National Swimming Champion in one of the most difficult, fastest and most competitive disciplines — 200 metres freestyle! 🏆🏊‍♂️ Filip achieved a time of 1:59.25, earning him the gold medal in the 13–14 boys age group at the National Swimming Championship, held from 19 to 23 November 2025 in Burgas. In addition to the champion title, Filip won four more medals: 🥈 Silver medal in 100 freestyle 🥈 Silver medal in 100 backstroke 🥈 Silver medal in 200 backstroke 🥉 Bronze medal in 50 freestyle 👏 Filip trains consistently alongside his school programme and manages to achieve these impressive results thanks to the professionalism and support of his coach Angel Boyadzhiev, as well as the head coach of Levski, Mr. Krasimir Tumanov. Нашият ученик Филип М. стана Държавен шампион по плуване в една от най-трудните, най-бързите и силно конкурентни дисциплини - 200 метра кроул! 🏆🏊‍♂️ Филип постигна време 1:59.25, което му донесе златен медал във възрастова група юноши (13–14 г) на националното първенство по плуване, което се проведе от 19 до 23 ноември 2025 в Бургас. Освен шампионската титла, Филип спечели още 4 медала: 🥈 Сребърен медал на 100 кроул 🥈 Сребърен медал на 100 гръб 🥈 Сребърен медал на 200 гръб 🥉 Бронзов медал на 50 кроул 👏 Филип тренира усърдно успоредно с програмата в училище и успява да постигне тези впечатляващи резултати, благодарение на професионализма и подкрепата на треньора му Ангел Бояджиев, както и на старши треньора на Левски г-н Красимир Туманов.
